Moved to Grand Cherokee Tech.
Holy crap your spelling and grammar suck.
From what I can decipher you want to know about adjustable lower control arms. You say you've heard bad about them?
At 4" of lift adjustable lowers would not be a bad thing to look into. If you go with a quality distributor, you will get quality parts.
You could also look into control arm drop brackets, but in my opinion the adjustables are the way to go.
Also, tie rod ends have nothing to do with your control arms. They would be on your drag link, tie rod, or trac bar. If they are bad, replace them. However your steering components are already adjustable, and at 4" you should already jave an adjustable trac bar. If not, look into IRO's double shear trac bar.

not that hard to read
when i got my alignment they couldnt get the caster right either so they just adjusted it as much as they could and sent me on my way, i dont think caster is really all that important anyway, or i could be wrong

Caster is for vehicle stability. If the caster is too negative the vehicle will act like a shopping cart at high speeds, but the steering will be quicker. Too much caster will make the steering heavy and slow, but more stable at speed. Caster will not cause the tires to wear, but it has a huge effect on handling.

your alignment guy is a dumb ***** never heard of adjustable lower ball joints. the best thing to do is ask your friends or if your driving around and see another lifted jeep ask them where they got they're alignment
