96 Grand Cherokee Headlights won't come on
Headlights won't turn on, auto or manual. All other lights are working properly. Is it relay, switch, or something else?

Do you have high beams? They are hot all the time and are powered by a different circuit. My 97 ZJ had the same identical problem. After much aggrevation and diagnosis, I found BOTH headlight bulbs blown! Don't know why, they were less than a month old. They were $50 Wagner high intensity bulbs. I replaced them with $6 Sylvanias and haven't had a problem since. Check it out, you might have the same deal.
