Default 95 Grand Cherokee Radio Issues (HELP!)

I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee that i just bought. The radio had power, but when i turned the rear cab passenger lights on to see if they work, then all kinds of problems started. The radio started to act possessed! Not getting full power, but was not fully dead, it was flickering as well. The interior lights on the roof are half powered as well, and when i turn the left light on, the right one gets power (or so it seems). The screen below the radio (the diagnostic screen i guess) has totally turned off.

One more question
The relay for the interior lights when the doors are opened is busted, just ticking on and off. Where do I find this relay?

First time owning a jeep, please help me out! I hear electrical issues are normal in these jeeps.

Default Bummer

There are a million things that could be bad. I had to take the whole dash outta mine to trace 1 broken wire. Could be more simple, but remember its a Jeep. Have fun my guy.
