95' grand cherokee a/c not wanting to charge
I have a 95' GC Limited, I am trying to get the a/c fixed. I have been able to charge the a/c to trouble shoot the "bad compressor". I then tore the system apart, replaced the a/c compressor along with all the o rings, hoses, and accumulator. Now when I try to charge the system, it takes a tiny bit then acts like its full. Let it sit for a minute, then the charge leaks out. It behaves the same when I pull a vacuum.
The radiator in the jeep needs to be replaced, so I going to go ahead and buy and replace the condenser. just in case I get it working and that springs a leak. I am starting to think the orifice tube inside the new liquid line has something to do with it. but I am open to suggestions.

I just had a similar problem. On my charging kit the pin that pushes the stem down on the a/c line was a cheap metal one and it was slightly bent. Just enough to make it seem like it was taking a small charge. Maybe check there first? Its atleasr a start and sometimes frustration makes us overlook the small stuff.
