You could use coil spacers(BB) that is what I am about to install on my 94 GC Limited. I am going to be using a 2 3/4" spacers and should be able to fit 31's with no issues

You can't do a body lift on a Grand Cherokee or a Cherokee, they're uni-body vehicles. Spring spacers is the cheapest route www.quadratec.com .

Your shocks will be maxed out at 3" so look into changing them. Also you may need to adress your track bars because your axles won't be centered. Brake lines and steering will be fine at that height. Check your front drive shaft, if you have a u-joint at the axle end you're fine, the CV versions don't live with more than 2" of lift but can be swapped to the u-joint type.

Ok so if I stick to 2" then I shouldn't have to change anything? And if I get 31 1050 tires will I still need wheel spacers for clearance to turn or will I be fine with the lift.

You will have to trim your bumper just a bit on a 2" BB, maybe adjust your steering stops to keep from rubbing your control arms, that's it. If you want to go 3" then buy a kit as there will be a lot more you'll have to address at that height.

I see a lot of BS in this thread...i've done what most of said you couldn't do and then some.
Proof.
31's NO trimming and only rubbed on lca at FULL lock, barely affected turning at all.
31's trimmed and bumper removed.
33's NO lift and trimmed fenders and correct backspaced wheels...only rubs on fender when flexed a little, with correct bumpstops it wouldn't rub at all.
And as she sits now with 33's trimmed and a 2" budget boost($55 on ebay).
Keep in mind i didn't do all this to make it a mean flexing rock crawling machine...its my wifes DD and i wanted it to be low cog but yet good ground clearance so i can take it out hunting/mudding.

Thats exactly what im saying...the only place it rubbed is on the lca when fully turned...didn't limit steering hardly at all...you can get wheel spacers to fix that, or less backspaced wheels...never bothered me though, just turn till it rubs then let off a little.
