93 ZJ Grand Cherokee, Death Wobble,
Replaced 2 broke control arm bushings, steering stablizer, drag link, alignment, balanced tires...
background story: got death wobble at around 30-40 mph over a bump, alignment shop replaced all the following and now we get death wobble at like 50-60mph... any input.
thanks,
JSGrind

DW is never cause by one thing, its multiple items that are worn out. You said you replaced 2 control arm bushings, if those were bad you can almost count on the others being bad or close to it. ZJ's have 4 control arms in the front, each arm has two bushings (body/diff). Also check the other bushings. Tie rod, track bar, sway bar. Check wheel bearing, ball joint. Also, you said you had a front alighnment done, as soon as you drove it with worn bushings and parts the alighnment is pretty much out again.
But start with the CA bushings that weren't replaced yet, I'd almost bet thats where the biggest issue is. But check everything

Just for jollies, check your axle u-joints. One of mine lost a bearing cap.

Ya these jokers at the first shop didn't tighten down the steering stabilizer bolt. After inspection that's what they found now I'm trying to recover the inspection fee. Crazy, people can't get it right the first time.
