Just wondering what kinda things I'd have to worry about if I decide to go with 5.5in springs in my 93 ZJ. I'm currently running a 3.5in rubicon express super flex lift. I just got bilstein shocks from iron rock for a 4in lift since they didn't have a 3.5 set. Awesome shocks but with only a 3.5in lift they seem very tight! Only like 2in before bottoming out. I'm only running short arms and wanna add more height for the shocks. It's not a daily driver but at the same time I want to keep it from destroying itself. Should I just go with 4.5 and call it a day? Or go 5.5 and open a can of worms?

You'll have plenty to address.

Control arm length, front and rear. Trac bars front and rear. Brake lines, DS angles, etc.

Either 4.5" or 5.5" will have these issues, so the difference isnt a big deal.

Also, sway bar is removed completely. Not needed in this jeep.
