If yours is fuel injected, it's harder to modify. If anyone like Diablo makes a real tuner that will let you adjust fuel trim and timing, then the sky's the limit. The problem with computer controlled motors, if you free up breathing, with exhaust, heads, camshaft, etc, you will risk running lean and burn valves or pistons. I own 2 new gen hemis and until Diablo came out with the Predator tuners to support them, you couldn't do much. Now the sky's the limit, blowers, heads cams, nitrous. Now if you ran a carb and had a mechanical 318, you can do a heck of a lot.

Swap it with a 360, there's a power gain, LOL. I would start with air intake and exhaust. Then maybe ignition and computer.

It is a 96 so I am sure it is fuel injected. I guess its a throttle body because it looks like a carb. It has a lot of power now but I am one of those guys that never has enough power.

You have a multi-port injected engine. Mopar Performance used to make some go fast goodies for the 318. Headers, camshafts, and other stuff was all available from the dealer. You can still find a metric butt load of stuff for the 318/360 through the aftermarket. Check out www.summitracing.com and www.jegs.com for good quality brand name parts. The 318 is a great engine and is almost bullet proof, as is the 360.
