42re rebuild gurus, Need Advice!!
So i just dropped my trans and having a buddy rebuild it. He just asked i order all the parts. I really dont know what all I need. I know i want a small shift kit and to build the trans a little. I dont want to have to pull the trans again.
Can anyone help with links to rebuild kits
Shift kits
upgrades internally
Good torque xonverters or even a bump over stock stall converter.
I plan to have him do the vent mod while its apart.
I have already replaced the gov pressure sensor and solenoid and speed sensor so those are new
I have a heavy foot and want a little quicker and stronger shifts so when im on the trail she grabs the next gear with no problem.

There is a place in Hardyston NJ called Level Ten that builds performance transmissions. Find them at www.levelten.com. They should be able to help you.

There are other sites that will sell you kits, but I thought it might be good to contact someone near you. I know Jersey's a big state as is NY, so I'm not aware of the distance between them and you.
I used Bing and asked "Performance 42RE transmissions"
