I also cut the hell out of the fenders. When i get my other ZJ back monday/ tuesday i'll take pictures of it to show you. Its MUCH nicer mine other that i posted. Trail Heep vs. DD Jeep lol
And my new rims are window D's

I ran 33s on mine with 3" and cut fenders. Here is my little brother's when we first lifted it. 3.5" on 31s.

~4" total lift running 34x10.5x15 Super Swamper LTBs. Cut front bumper and pounded back pinch seam.

I've got under $300 into my lift and I'm netting almost 4" total lift. I got all my stuff used. The 2.5" BB I purchased was on a ZJ for less than 300 miles before it was totaled. I then got a set of Up Country springs that are 1" taller than non UC. After install keeping the factory isolators I am just a hair under 4" of lift for less the $300!

My front trac bar was toast so I purchased IROs Double Shear Conversion Trac Bar. That set me back another $150.
