4.7 squeal

4.7 squeal
i have a 99 4.7 that unfortinantly got low on oil and overheated now it makes a high pitch squeal almost like a bad belt would i have a buddy who is more than capibale of doing this if need be im just wondering if anyone knows what part particularly i damaged i was going to swap motors but the 4.7 seems rare
