Default 4.0 Idle

ok so i have a 2001 jeep grand cherokee with the 4.0l and only in the mornings when ever i come to a stop the cheak engine light blinks and she runs really bad to the point i have to shut off the engine and restart then start it back up agian then shes good to go untill the next time i stop ive changed air filter, plugs, and cleaned the throttle body anyone know anything else to help solve my problem?

(also cheaked the ground wire for the motor and it is good)

the oxygen sensor is on cathalitic converter. The wire my touch something. I would check this. Your MAP sensor my be going out(check connection).
Fuel filter(unfortunately inside the tank).

i will cheak the o2 sensor and map i already changed the fuel filter i will update if this fixes the problem
