3" lift with 4" lift shocks
I have a 3" lift on my ZJ now, my question is:
Can I run a 4" lift shock while running 3" coils and spacers?
To me it seems like it would work. Am I wrong?

It'll be fine, just make sure your bump stops are set.
I'm not sure if your shocks help limit your travel, but the only thing I would worry about is they may let your axle droop farther then your springs will allow and they may pop out in extreme flex situations.
