2014 Grand Cherokee Radio screen locks up

Radio screen locks up / freezes. Happens often. Sometimes blacks out, sometimes it turns blue. Does anyone have a link to download the latest software version? Any other suggestions? I tried to dance in a circle while yelling "JEEP" three times. Didn't work.
