2011 Laredo Hissing Brake Pedal
 
I get a hissing sound when applying the brake. The pedal is HARD with minimal stopping power but if I stand on it the pedal drops some & the brakes will suddenly kick in & nearly lock up. The issue was intermittent for a couple days but constant now.

you need a vacuum brake booster
