Default 2006 Transmission overheat, what next?

I have a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has given me the "transmission overtime" warning. It has always started. The warning has come more frequently even after both the PCM and temperature sensor in the transmission was replaced. Even the wire from sense to the PCM was replaced! Now I am rewarded by the transmission overtime light still coming on. In addition I have the "service four wheel drive system" warning, a flashing security system light. These continue for time after car has been parked. I will turn key to run position but not try to start it and get the light. So what will actually fix this thing.
