Default 2005 WK with 4.7 AWD. Front diff went bad.

Found a used one out of 2005 with the 5.7 but it has the locker actuator. Can I use this diff and how can I bypass the locker since mine doesn’t have one? It has same gear ratio.

VERY common issue on the WK for the front diff to go bad... it did on my old '05 WK, also with the 4.7. I'm not sure if a diff from a 5.7 will fit a 4.7, I'm assuming you have Quadra-Trac II like I did. Not sure about the lockers either.
