Head light screw!!! from hell

Head light screw!!! from hell
OK...got 93 ZJ and took off right sidelight boxes (signal and Parking) and pressure washed the enclosers as they were full of slime etc.....looked great, so now I do the drivers side and the main Phillips screw will not undo...I hit it with a hammer and used Fluid film and no go...any idea how to remove this screw...could I drill it out?
