2005 Grand Cherokee(blinkers,lift gate,alternator,heat/blower)

Ok, new here! Just bought a 2005 with a few minor issues. 1) Blinkers work when they want. I?m guessing a relay or the thing to control them on the steering wheel. 2) Not sure if maybe bad gauge or alternator, sits just outta the red around 9v. No power issues. 3) Heat, seems to not blow very hard and it sounds like maybe the blend door isn?t operating correctly. Can hear something around there after I shut the vehicle down. Blower motor sounds great. 4) Lift gate is always open(its closed). It does have a hard to notice dent where something bumped in to it. It makes a popping sound when opening. Thanks in advance 👍🏻 New to the Grand Cherokee so I?ll be being a pest on forums for a little bit lol
