2002 larado 4.0 misses and dies when RPMs drop
REPLACED>>>>>
coil when old 1 crapped out on me about 3weeks ago
cam/crank position sensor
and the computer on the fire wall.
jeep still does the same thing...
it started with a slight miss going down the road
idles fine
then one morning she shut off going down the highway
pulled over put it in park and then it fired right up...
over time it happened more often and now its too the point i cant step on the gas at all or it starts missing real bad like its only firing on 2 cylinders and then shuts off park or neutral or when i put it in drive. some times does not want to start back up right away and backfires through the intake

Model: Grand Cherokee
Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
Pull the distributor cap and cam sensor out and inspect the reluctor wheel on the distributor shaft to see if it is still attatched to the shaft.
