2002 Grand Cherokee rear end noise

2002 Grand Cherokee rear end noise
First off the noise sounds like a tire rubbing only when turned to the left. I checked all the tires for inside rubbing and found nothing at all. The second thing is when standing outside of the Jeep, the sound seems to be coming from the rear of the Jeep. Doesn't make this noise driving down the road at any speed. Any ideas?
