Default 2001 Grand Cherokee AC Evaporator

Anyone have step by step directions to remove the dash and replace a leaking evaporator core? I believe this is where my slow leak is, but I do not know how to validate before I remove the dash. I've replaced the compressor (was bad), drier and liquid line. Recharged system, lasted about 1 year, then O-ring on drier side connected to evaporator blew, Replaced O-ring, recharged system, lasted the summer and now back out again. Cao of R134A lasts about 6 - 8 days. I live in Florida and it is getting very warm...any help / advice is appreciated. 4.7L V8 engine, 2WD, 230K

Welcome to CF!

There is a good video on youtube for this and a long thread about it on the forum. Do a search and see if you can find it. The youtube video even shows where the screws are and what order to remove parts in.
