2001 4.7 v8 fast turn signals, changed relay
hi all ive been reading the other threads but still non the wiser, i have a 2001 4.7 grand cherokee, and the flashers are flashing fast, but the hazards are working ok, and all bulbs are ok, i bought another second hand flasher unit (relay) and no change,

According to that circuit diagrams I have, the hazard lights and turn signals use the same flasher relay. The difference is in the switch.

bit of an update,
hoocked up my trailer the other day and after i did the indicators was working ok, so un-plugged trailer lights to see if still worked, and they did, moved plug around abit and stopped again, so think i'll re-wire trailer light plug,

It's possible you've got a short in the trailer harness.
