2000 WJ Infinity stereo

2000 WJ Infinity stereo
Ok Im confused. One of the dash tweeters is blown, cone and coil look ok but distorted. They are O.E.M. due to bastard size. Mid speaker in pass door is now also bad, ice scraper went thru cone (dont ask) speaker was on rear pass seat at the time. Question is can I use a 4 ohm speaker as a mid speaker. Im lead to beleive that this Infinity system uses 2 ohm speaker, althought I have seen 4 ohm recommended as aftermarket replacements.
I am poor college student without $$$ to replace entire system. I know i need OEM speaker in dash but will 4 ohm speakers work in pass doors???
