Welcome to the site! Your english is fine don't worry

The computer may be incorrect. It takes several parameters and calculates average fuel economy. Sometimes it is pretty close and sometimes not even close.

How many kilometers can you go on one tank of fuel?

Fill fuel tank to full and reset odometer
Drive around to empty tank then record how many kilometers you drove
fill fuel tank to full and record how many liters of fuel it took

kilometers/liters = kilometers per liter

if u r seriously getting that bad mpg, replace the up stream o2 sensors. I seen a DODGE minivan once getting about 2 mpg, blowing black smoke, no check engine light on, it was the 02 sensor.

If you were truely getting 1.1MPG, the engine would barely run and you would have tons of black exhaust and a rotten egg smell from the tailpipe.

you would have an abundance of other problems if that was accurate.fill 'er up and calculate yourself.consider if your odometer is accurate. When was the last time your kid asked for gas money?

today i fill the tank is about 95 LITERS
I GO FOR 320 KILOMETRES AND WHEN I ARRIVE I HAVE LESS THEN QUARTER
SO IT CONSUME ABOUT 80 LITERS IN 320 KILOMETRES
WHEN THE CARD IS STOP THE COMPUTER SHOW 99 AND WHEN I GO FAST THE VALUE START TO VARY BETWEEN 80 AND 20 KILOMETRES
WHEN I CHECK THE CAR I FIND ONLY ONE O2 SENSOR AND ITS WORK OK
ANOTHER THING THERE IS NO CATALYST MAYBE ITS REMOVED
AND THE 4WD DONT WORK
WHEN I PUT 4 H THE CAR WORK AS NORMAL MODE AND DISPLAY 4 LO IN THE SCREEN
WHEN I PUT NORMAL THE CAR NOT MOVING
WHEN I PUT 4 LO THE CAR WORK AS NORMAL TOO AND DISPLAY 4 HI IN SCREEN
IM RELAY LOST ON THIS

showing average consumption 99 is different, consuming 99 liters per /100 km is different.

car computers calculate those values according to your speed and instantaneous fuel consumption. because, that economy figures are in liters in 100 km. same applies for MPG, miles per gallon. it shows how far you can drive per gallon of gasoline.

so when you travel slow or when you idle your car, you barely move or you cant move at all. and you will never travel 100 km. it takes infinite time and infinite amount of gasoline. so longer you wait during idling it lovers your economy figures(average). so best way to track consumption is to filling tank full and refilling after a certain time.

25 liters per 100 km can be little more when compared to similar vehicles. replace spark plugs, install new air filter, replace engine oil and measure again after resetting onboard computer. you will see you will be averaging 13-18 liters per 100 km during mixed style driving. on oepn roads you will be getting around 9-15 liters per 100 km.(if car is completely healthy)

for american standards, my figures are around 13-16 mpg under mix driving conditions. 20-21 mpg open roads, constant speed. car is 4.0 zj. 97'. 4.7 can consume little more when doing stop and go.

but if my memory serves me correct, those has two versions of software on their A/T. transmissions can be either 4 speed or 6 speed. do you remember such thing? it is supposed to be possible to update transmission computer software.
