Looking to get a 2 inch lift on my 99 wj. What am I looking to buy? just spacers? Spacers with shocks? And how do I go about installing them?

Just get some spacers. To install them jack up your rig (use jack stands to hold the weight) ,and use a spring compressor to squash the spring, place the spacer on and reinstall the spring. The more you can get your suspesion to droop the better and be real careful on how you handle and use the spring comppresor because it will be under great preassur.

Dont take my word for it, do research and make sure you understand what your doing.

I had to get new shocks because mine were toast but for a two inch spacer lift I would think your stock shocks should work.
