1998 ZJ steering conversion
I like Rusty's, but it is a bit pricey..

I need to replace all my tie rod ends and drag link and might as well do this...
any other option out there?
Not looking to do OTK..
Thanks!

Don't do it, you will have bump steer and possibly have a death wobble issue. I did the JCR one ton on my ZJ at stock height and bump steer along with death wobble. Once I lifted it with the RC long arm kit the bump steer got worse. It was not safe to drive. I put the stock steering linkage back on with a RC tie rod and my ZJ drove 93% better.
I have DW now... so maybe just HD Crown?

or just moog stuff?

I have a dropped pitman arm, but I didn't have it with the one ton kit. It might have helped. I found it on Amazon for around fifty bucks. That Crown kit should work out pretty good for you.
Sorry. I should have clarified. I do have a lift. PO did a procomp 3" and 2" spacers. All has settled so it's about a 4" lift now. It has 17" BFG MUDs and I have DW. I have already changed the trac bar to a Moog stock because the tie rod on body side was way blown and the steering stabilizer ( I know does not cure but it was leaking on my drive way). After reading the last DW thread which seemed to go on for days. Lol. I watched the videos in it. I then went out and used a channel locks to see the up and down movement in ALL my steering tie rod ends and upper axle bushings (another topic) I had been eying the conversion for the purpose of field repairs JIC, you know ease of a tie rid end vs. an entire drag link or oem tie "rod". I don't have a drop pitman arm and was looking at that to relieve the angle at that tie rod end. How did the conversion cause more DW?

You should really think about getting an adjustable track bar. The stock style with that much lift will only cause your steering and handling to go stupid.
