Default 1998 grand cherokee no spark, no gauges

So on my way home today, my GC just died. There is no spark, and my gauges are not cycling. I found my rear O2 sensor connector came off its mount and some how was sitting on top of the drive shaft. It didn't rip the wires apart but all the wires are exposed. I figured the O2 wires grounded out on the drive shaft. So where should I go from here? I have read a lot of threads on this forum, some people have replaced pcm, some replace cps. Does the O2 sensor have a relay that could have blown? If so where is it located? Or does the O2 go straight to the pcm and could the O2 being grounded out have fried the Pcm? Last has anyone used auto computer exchange? They can sell me a reman pcm and flash it for me for 270$? Is that worth it. Thanks guys this forum is great!!!

Check the fuse box under the hood for blown fuses, report back of what you find.

The rear O2 sensor is tied straight to this fuse. I fixed wiring and replaced fuse. I'm back in the trail again. Thanks for pointing in the right direction
