1998 grand cherokee laredo BAD REAR END
Hello,
Does anyone know how or where to get the Rear end
fixed on my 1998 grand cherokee laredo with a 6 cyclinder 2 wheel drive.The rear end has been loud for a couple of years and I was told by a mechanic that he
could not find a good used one and he wanted to charge alot of money. I live in Acworth ga. and the Jeep seems to run fine.https://www.cherokeeforum.com/images.../brickwall.gif

i don't see why you would need to put a whole used axle under it. A couple years back i had the dealer rebuild the rear on my old 98 for less than $400
