so I inherited a 1996 grand Cherokee limited from my dad 2 years ago. And it’s been a solid Jeep and I love driving it. However a few days ago my wife took it to drive in the snow and all was fine, when she returned home shut it off as normal and the next day I went to use it and when I put the key in and turn the ignition there was no crank. I also have no radio, no gauges on instrument cluster, no heat controls, no power windows, no reverse lights, no turn signals.

The things I did notice that were still working are my keyless entry, headlights and high beams, brake lights, hazard lights and interior lights.

I replaced the NSS thinking that was the culprit but no luck. Didn’t remove the ignition switch but plugged in a new one and turned it and nothing still. Played musical chairs with the relays and made no difference. Checked all fuses(under the hood and pass kick panel) and all are fine.

I did did do a wire jumper bypass on the starter relay with keys in ACC and the starter cranked but no start still. Also checked battery connections while under the hood(new battery only 5 months old) and all was tight. Haven’t checked ground points as I don’t know where they all are.

anyone have any idea what the issue I’m having is?
