1996 jeep grand cherokee abs light

1996 jeep grand cherokee abs light
Hello
i am a new member and need some help.. My ABS ligh came on a few days ago, I have drove the jeep here and there and it has not done anything crazy yet. It sounds like something might be rubbing in right rear but not real loud. How do i clear abs light, i seen turn on turn off turn on turn off etc wand it will display codes where check engine light is.. i tried that and i get nothing.. i have to take jeep to VEIP testing within a month, i dont think they will pass a vehicle with that on the dash???? Is the ABS Fuse located under dash with all other fuses??/ Any help would be greatful.. I am from Maryland i dont do no crazy for wheelin etc i just need a safe ride..
