1996 auto tranny not working...
Hi everyone, my 1996 Grand Cherokee Limited V8 4WD , will not
move when put in drive. Not sure if there is something i could fix,
or the tranny is gone. It has 190,000 mi and has never been off road.
Its in very good shape. Any suggestions will be great, Thanks !!

Extemely weak trans in the v8's and with the high miles I'm sure it's done for. Does it go into any other gear?

Yes fluid was never low, and it would go in gear and move twice before stopping
all at once. I didnt know if it could be the PCM or a module on the tranny, that could be bad, or something that i could fix without rebuilding it. Not sure about reverse but i will check.
