1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee only one running light works
 

One side of the running lights works just fine. Both brake lights work fine. Just the left side running lights in the back and on the side won't work? Mechanic friend said its not getting power. But the other side is getting power. I hate electrical issues. Anyone have any ideas why?
