Default 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee front end clunking noise!!

ok, i've done a lot of searching on this and cannot find a THING! ok here's my problem... while i'm driving there is a clunking sound come from the front passenger side, the clunk gets faster as I go faster but stops totally when I press the brake pedal... the noise also gets quieter when I go around a slight right corner.

So, if you have ANY input, that is useful, please share!!

THANKS!!

I checked both of those and had no luck. Could loose calipers be the problem?

Yes. Replace the bushings and boots. Cost about $15 for both sides.

So, my tire fell off while I was driving 55 mph...... that was kind of crazy.

Let me guess--busted studs? I suggest you replace THEM ALL! (20) Nuts included. In the future, run them in with an impact lightly, then torque with a wrench.

What amazes me is how many times we completely overlook the obvious when trying to solve a problem!

Holy crap! So I just went outside, yes at 4 am! and checked my lugs, 4 were loose! I love this site already!
The funny thing about this is, I was just saying to myself on friday, I should check the lugs bc I dont know if the previous owner did any kind of maintenance and t would really suck for a wheel to fly off on the hwy, Now only if I can think of the lotto numbers!
