Default 1994 jeep grand cherokee budget lift

Im thinking of installing a 2" budget lift. My jeep is stock now and I was wondering if this would tare anything up, like shocks or anything like that, or is it ok to do without replacing anything. So if anyone has done this please let me know if everything was ok with just installing the 2" kit or did that cause something else to go wrong. Thanks.

I did this on my 96. I put new shocks on at the same time it was easier to do both at same time, so I would buy a package deal with the shocks too.

You COULD do it with your stock shocks but I would go ahead and replace them at the same time just because its easier. They arent hard to change and most likely you will have to disconnect them to put the spacers in anyway

You could run 31's with 2" of lift but it may rub at full lock

I had to trim a little bit of the bumper cover I also used a 2.25 lift and I'm running 31's on 15x8 wheels with to much back spacing. It only rubs on very sharp turns
