1993 jeep grand cherokee 4.o litre
Hello my 93 will start and then quit after 2 seconds I have tried everything and it doesn't change . Any ideas? my fuel pressure is 40 psi with key on and sits at 31 when I run it with starting fluid I have tried a new ecm as well

Old fart with a wrench
Sounds like the security system is armed. The fuel pump isn't coming in after it fires and it runs on what's in the rail from the initial charge.
