08 GC tire issue

08 GC tire issue
Right now I have stock 17" tires on my grand cherokee, looking to put meatier tires on but see an issue with my ball joint bolt that hangs over my front tires. Is there a way to work around this or would I need extensive suspension and spacing work? Any help is good help. Thanks
