01 Grand Cherokee stalling, won't stay running, gas smell
My 2001 grand Cherokee(straight 6) is stalling out. It became worse over time and now isn't safe to drive. It stalls wether or not your using the gas pedal and I've sometimes smelled gas. Anyone out there know the likely culprit? I've heard bad fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and crank shaft sensor. Any help GREATLY appreciated.
Also, I'm not too auto-savy (;
Thank you

Is the check engine light on? if so pull the codes and look them up on wjjeeps.com
sounds like a possible bad o2 sensor. but could be a plethora of things.
key on key off key on key off key on, odometer will flash codes if there is any.

Yeah I've got the codes, they read a bunch of possible evap leaks and I'm pretty sure I saw an o2 sensor on there as well. I printed the codes when it first started happening.
