You might want to prepare for some possible rust and use POR-15 on rust that you can't clean up or fix. That will be a necessary item on my list. My windshield leaks rain too, onto the passenger floor, so I'm afraid of what I'm going to find under there when I rip up the interior for this job. I just need to figure out if I should get an electric sander of some type, which grit sandpaper to use, or a wire wheel might be helpful....things to figure out lol

Thought about it but im bedlining anyways and POR-15 is a good product but I cant afford it right now. I didnt have very much rust. Im still trying to figure out how my water got into there?

Anyways my build has taken a small change in direction then I thought before. Im buying a 89 2 Door! But this weekend I should be able to bedline It and get it all back together. Sucks not having my Jeep.

Sorry that this build has gotten off to a crappy start. Turns out im going to be moving to Oaklahkoma in a couple months so I gotta get this thing back together. Should start tomarrow if it doesnt snow like they are calling for. Im going to prime the floor and bedline it.

Im also gonna have to sell my 89 XJ and im not sure what to do with the MJ. This is coming with me. I have the front fender flares off right now and im going to repaint all the trim and reattach them. Will post pics soon.

Your windshield is probably leaking like mine was. I had a reputable shop reseal my windshield last week. They said there wasn't even hardly any glue on the passenger side and at the top, which was exactly where mine was leaking in. Cost me $136.

Mines leaking on the drivers side. I noticed my drivers floor was flooded the other day. I will be sure to do that.

I will post some in a little while. Im on my phone right now. My MJ is a POS lol. No drivers floorboard.

I was going to trim this my 98s fenders but after doing my 89s, I decided against it. Im going to put my flares back on after I paint them.

Well its been a while since I updated. Ive been working in this thing for the last week and a half trying ti get it ready for opening weekend at Uwharrie but it turns out I cant go. Anyways I painted the front flares, grille, headlight bezels and bumper with Krylon flat black. It looks amazing. Also installed some Platinum Burner Off Road Lights from Wal-Mart on the front bumper. Really impressed with them. Got my seats back together and am bedlining right now. My drivers seat is messed up now but I will worry about that later.

I will post pictures later tonight.
