Ok. Started to fit in the new floor pan. Still doing a little clean up to get the best fitment possible but this one goes in much better than what I was trying to make myself.

Gotta be real honest. I lost my appetite when I saw the pictures of rat pellets. Glad they turned out to be BB pellets instead.

Got my pan final welded in. Welded in the seat bracket and got everything seam sealed. I then started coating the floor with chassis saver. I've got more to do with the chassis saver but in getting closer and closer to being able to lay down the monstaliner.

Looks good! I guess I'll have to do something like that eventually. I'll probably try to fix the rust underneath first though.

Drove it to work today. Got a few annoying little things that are next on the list. Have an annoying squeak in the rear. I think its my hatch so I will try to trouble shoot that next. Still got to get a bracket to be able to put the center console back in. I feel like I have tons of space though without the whole interior in..haha

I bet if you jump in the back and close the hatch and bounce around, you could probably pinpoint it.

Nope,

It appears to be the exhaust.

I do want to redo my rear though and replace those goofy lift blocks with something better.

I plan to go out maybe this evening and work on fixing my vacuum leak that does not allow my air to switch off of defrost mode.

I patched my hose up but that did not fix the vent air issue.

I went to the junk yard today with Supercompact. I picked up another vacuum canister. A new vacuum hose. Some transmission sensors to try to get rid of my P0720 code. I also picked up a center console bracket to replace my broke one. I got a rear view mirror and a ZJ tie rod.

Went out today and did a little work. Tried my air again today and what do ya know the blend door works and I know have air out of other vents besides the defrost.

I also mounted my rear view mirror. I am so glad to have a rear view mirror again.

I put all of my floor plugs back in. All that's left to plug up are the big holes up on the floor boards.

I also welded some of my muffler that was Moving and thought was the issue for my squeak. It did not fix the squeak though.

I got my passenger side sear finally put back in and started mounting the bracket back for the center console.

Not really any update yet to the jeep. I almost bought some 33's and some soft 8 wheels, but they were pretty used. I used some Christmas money instead and bought some tools instead. Got an air compressor and stuff. Ill update pics when I have something worthy to update about.

I finally gave it a quick bath a few days back, and decided to hit it with the undercoating where I replaced the floor pan.

I also took it and got it registered today, so now I can start driving it.

Now next issues to work on are, figure out door locks / windows. See why my airbag light is staying on (just noticed it), and change out the rear blocks crap for some bastard pack springs that will give me about the same amount of lift in the rear.

I also need to install my ZJ tie rod.
