Depends on what your plans for it are. DD, off road only? Also google is always your friend

Start with reliability and service it

Still depends... do you want it to ride as best as possible? I hear long arm lifts are best for a nice comfy ride.

Personally, I will be going with the 3.5" RE SuperRide (Maybe SuperFlex) kit when I get the money together. I would think if you aren't trying to go crazy, 3" to 4.5" of lift is good and solid.

Are you thinking fender flares, or a certain size tire and wheel combo? Bumpers, wench, etc.? It all depends on if you have specific ideas already in mind, then you have to go from there.

What is your money situation? Because I would stick with the second post and do all the maintenance to have it fantastic running condition before you start throwing money at it.

I was lookin at a 3 inch lift and 31 inch tires, the maintenance is all done. Running good

Then I would start doing research on lifts. I hear the 3" zone lift is good. Find something good an reliable and don't just get what's cheap.

Other than that you could do a cb radio, bed line the rockers and bottom of the doors, add cup holders, remove the side trim, cold air intake, and so on. There are lots of things you can do. Read some of the build threads on here and you'll find plenty if ideas.
