Thanks all! I'm going to have much more to come including a roof rack you can sleep on that is fully wired with a master switch in the cab and on the roof. Also a hidden air tank for power tools and also for an air locker.

I though about getting something like this because I want a dash cam, does that one have recording on board? Got a link?

No it doesnt have recording on board. It has 2 video inputs so i imagine you can have the dvr hidden somewhere along with the camera and use this just as the screen.

Amazon has some pretty sweet dash cams that i have been looking into. im trying to find just the recording box so i can use my existing camera setup.

That might be the route to go. The options that have the all-in-one thing going for them look terribly cheap and don't seem to have great reviews. The one you have just pretty much looks like a mirror.

Hey Gunmetal Pearl!! I knew there was a name for that awesome color!

Also I have faith in your electrical prowess. Grab some wires a 9volt battery and some LEDs and get into trouble! (also grab some resistors for the LEDs, LEDs love them resistors)
