Suspension redo

November of 2013 I bought a 99 XJ. About a year later I added a Rough Country 3" add a leaf lift kit, 33"x12.5" Goodyear Duratrac tires, trimmed the crap out of my fenders and put one some Bushwacker fender flares and a few miscellaneous cosmetic addition such as smoking the lenses of my ext. lights and tinting my windows. Since I bought it I have been wanting to continually add to it, but other demands have pulled my time attention and money other places. I used to take it out in Idaho with a few college buddies, but since graduating and moving back to Minnesota I have not had any jeep buddies to geek out with or any terrain to take it to. Finally a change in work pace and due to the fact my jeep has almost 300,000 miles on it and the old tired suspension is really giving out I am finally working with it again. So after having not spent any money on my jeep for a few years I decided (the wife blessed off on it) to start all over with the suspension. I am adding a Rubicon Express 3.5" super flex lift with full leaf springs, upper control arms, track bar, and every bushing, shock and stabilizer replaced. It is also in need of some paint and body work not to mention the severe need for a tire carrier. In addition to the rear bumper with a tire carrier, I want to add a front bumper and winch, roof rack and lights, frame stiffeners, rocker guards and a few other skid plates underneath, and lockers. Somewhere along the line I do want to rebuild the engine and probably transmission. The transfer case front diff have not given me reason to rebuild them yet but eventually they might. I have already rebuilt the rear diff, brake system and replaced the water pump, steering box and starter and due to a fender bender mid 2018 while replacing all the broken trim bits, i upgraded to LED headlights. Another upgrade I am considering but unsure weather or not it is overkill for a 3.5" lift is a SYE and CV drive shaft, but I have still got awhile to make that decision. I will post pictures as the project comes along, but there will likely be long gaps in between upgrades. Any comments or suggestions would be most welcome, like weather or not the SYE and CV shaft are overkill. I have a degree in auto tech but it is mostly text book and focused on repairing rather than upgrading, so I am pretty new to the Jeep scene and would definitely appreciate any input from more experienced jeepers.
Thanks for reading and happy jeeping
