I installed my trac-lok lsd yesterday. While I had the axles out I put the new disc brake setup on the rear that I picked up from Pull-A-Part a couple of weekends ago. The differential was a pain to get in and get the tolerance set. Also, when I removed the rear steel lines from original brake cylinders they both snapped off from rust, even with PB Blaster applied. I went to get some new lines, but found out that I have to basically form my own. That's next along with fluid fill for the new differential.
Better hope that you never break the spider gears in that trac lok, because as far as I have found there are no aftermarket replacements

We shall see how it goes. I plan to stick with the 31" to 33" tire range and don't do any super crazy off-roading. I was just pumped to find one in the junkyard on a low-ish mile 98 XJ. If I break it, I'll just head back to the yard and yank another complete rear axle.
I got the ZJ rear disc swap completed and the LSD put in the rear axle. The
brakes are FAR better than before, but that probably has something to do with the fact that the springs fell out when I was removing the drum setup. Whoever did the rear brakes previously didn't do a very good job.

Do you have any pics of the ebrake set up? and what ebrake cables did you use?
I cut the springs located on the stock lines and used steel cable U bolts to fold them around the e-brake actuator. I found how to do it in a YouTube video. It's at the 11:50 mark in the video. I got the U bolts at Home Depot.

The Jeep overheated on me recently, so I went through and put on a new waterpump, thermostat, temperature switch, fan clutch, serpentine belt, and a fan shroud (was missing when I bought it). It's staying cool as ever now. I took it out a few times and absolutely no problems....until this morning. I walk out from breakfast and there's a puddle of power steering fluid on the ground. I took it back home to park it until I can fix wherever this leak is coming from. XJ life I suppose. :-/
