I would say while your in there make sure to look at everything, if it looks like it will put stress on the radiator I would cut it out so it doesn't cause that to happen. I know with my install I had to ditch the top mount attachments, cut the brace to fit the filler and then I had to tie my AC lines over because they were too close.

I like the build so far!
I'm super curious as to what your entire exhaust setup is? I have a also have a stroker and the same Crown knock off header. I love that rumble yours has at idle! I've tried looking up different muffler/cat combos but nothing sounds close. If you could point me in the right direction I be glad! Thanks!

What I accomplished today. Did the front, not doing the rear yet as I ordered rear quarter panels to eliminate as much rust as possible. Floors are going in this weekend also with that means the interior is going to swapped with the new stuff I bought like 2 years ago. I'm actually thinking of not running a headliner but I will see the first time I take it down the road and how loud it gets.
These are Napier by the way, fairly easy to install.
This flares literally make it look like I could put 37's in there...... No bad..... no..... after you get the Rubicon Dana 44's front and rear.... then you can.

So after Evaluating the rocker rust situation and determining how much I going to need to do to bring the rockers back to normal I have decided stock isn't the way to go.
So I did a little measuring and a little decision making and decided I should be able to stiffen the chassis and make a fairly clean looking rocker with 2x5 11ga and to attach it to the structure I'm going to use 2x2 11ga welded to the chassis internally. After I get everything setup then the 2x5 goes in and lined up. Drill holes thru the 2x5 and run some self tapping bolts thru into the 2x2 to conjoin the 2 pieces and make it removable-ish with only cutting my welds out to allow the 2x5 to be removed, Also I plan to make the Fender attach to the 2x5 and look like it was kind of designed to attach there with the same self tapping bolts. The fender flares won't have to be trimmed to work with this due to the 2x5 being only almost perfectly in line with the original place where the panel used to be. Once all this comes together I honestly think will have a completely sleek looking look for a 2 door.
blarg well that is my rant idea for today. I'm gonna go drink a few cold ones.

I know I been working slow and steady on this but here is where she is now.
I did 1 side for the rear fenders and I was going to do the other side and then my schedule changed at work so I had to get something and I stumbled onto a pretty decent find, 2006 Jeep Liberty 6 speed Manual with 62k on the clock.

So made a little more progress today
Comparison to the other side.
I'd say I did a pretty good job on her, I mean I know I'll have to do a little bondo work on her but that is expected when putting a new fender on. All that is needed now is to cut and fold the rear quarters for the Or-Fab HD rear bumper, and then some trimming on the fender and in the end I should have a pretty nice form to put the rear fender flares on and be finished for the time being.
