So I'm making a new build thread because, honestly my other one sucked and I dont want to deal with editing it.

Anyways...
I picked up my XJ in August of 2012. It is my first 4x4 and I was super excited about it. Got it bone sock and am looking to build a DD/Mild trail rig, used mostly for snowboarding and camping, but I do enjoy some rock play as well.

As i got her:
1987 4.0 4x4
61,XXX original miles
Factory tow package
215/70/15 WORN Bridgestone Duelers



since Ive had it:
Bigger upgrades:
-3" RC AAL w/2.0 shocks
-RC Steering Stabilizer
-235/75/15 Wrangler radials (soon to be replaced)
-KC Slimlite LR's
-Rampage H4 conversion
-Doorless Mod (wiring not finished)
-Flowmaster Super 44
-Cut and fold fenders

Minor Stuff:
-Yakima Roof system
-Replaced Headliner
-Weathertech Mats all the way around
-5% Tint
-Cheap Dual Deck
-5.25 Kicker speakers
-Cup Holder
-Tinted turn signals and tail lights
-Bedlined lower body
-Flat black upper body (still finding the right shade)
-Bedlined Bumpers

I am currently in school so not too much gets done due to my limited budget but during my breaks im hoping to get a lot done. Plan is to have her mostly "done" by fall '14 when I transfer to Colorado St.

I know how you feel! I go to the Univesity of Northern Colorado so my build is slow until I go on break! Your rig looks good man, when you move out here we should meet up and break our heeps.
