I live in MN, for a rust free jeep like that it'll bring 6k easy.. If you'd sell the gears for the Dana 30 id be interested in buying a few parts..

I have considered the possibility of parting it out. I would hate that to be the fate but I stand to get more money back.
Maintenance:

New valve cover gasket Victor Reinz
New rear main seal Victor Reinz
New oil pan gasket Victor Reinz
New motor mounts Anchor
New transfer case mount Duralast
New battery Duralast
New brake booster and master cylinder Reman
All exterior bulbs replaced with new, all 100%
New fluids: brake, diff, trans, oil, transfer case
New vacuum lines and manifold Dorman
New oil filter adapter o-rings Victor Reinz
New battery lead cables and terminals
New windshield wipers

Spare parts:

Spare glass for windows, minus front and rear windshields
Front driveshaft, spare for trail
High pinion D30 nondisco front axle housing bare - to be used to complete the build
D35 complete rear axle drum-to-drum including e-brake cables
Factory leaf springs
Factory coil springs
Factory shocks, 1 set brand new in box
IRO shock tabs bare steel, new
Class 3 hitch assembly
Brand new RE front shock, matching spare for trail
Front factory skid plate

1997 Ford 8.8 axle housing
IRO 8.8 swap kit with truss
ECGS e-brake cables
ECGS yoke with new bolts
ECGS 8.8 brake line kit
ECGS extended 24" brake line feed
G2 4.88 gears
G2 master overhaul kit
Clayton backing plates with e-brake assembly
SOLID 8.8 diff cover
New axle bearings
Detriot full-case 8.8 locker
IRO boomerang shackles (has a setting to raise rear of Jeep 1" if needed)
HD Offroad shackle relocation kits
RE 1462 rear leaf springs
New Duralast rotors
New Duralast pads
Speed bleeders
11.8" rear travel shocks
All welding and assembly by Low Range 4x4 in Wilmington, NC

Electronics:

Pioneer head unit
Pioneer front door speakers
MB Quart rear hatch speakers
Uniden cb radio
Firestick cb coax, tunable antenna, and stainless antenna mount
Brand new Warn M8000 winch

Body:

Washed, clay bar, chrome polished and waxed
Rear cut and fold quarter panel
Rear cut and fold to pinch seam wheel arches
Trimmed front fenders with door edging
Wheel arches and rockers are bed lined
DnD front steel winch bumper with frame tie-ins on both sides and winch protection, bed lined
D-rings on front, accommodations for d-rings on the back
Nates4x4 rear steel bumper with swing-out tire carrier and frame tie-ins, bed lined
Steel rock rails connected to pinch seam and frame, bed lined
Rear windows tinted, minus rear windshield

Other:

SYE NP231 transfer case
Filthy Fab steering box brace, spacer, and steel plate
(4) 35x12.50x15 BFG KM2s brand new, still have stickers on them
(5) Procomp 15x8 Steel wheels, brand new
Black Gorilla locking lug nuts
Borla catback exhaust

Factory gas tank skid

Front:

B. Lee long arm 3-link setup with cross-member
RE 7.5" front coil springs
RE 13.2" travel shocks
RE Double shear track bar and drop bracket
Extended braided front brake lines
Johnny joint for front upper control arm (brand new in box)
Empty 3.73 and up carrier (brand new in box)
Motive 4.88 gears (brand new in box)
Motive master overhaul kit (brand new in box)
Poly Performance upper and lower ball joints (brand new in box)
