Default Seriously lucky.....800$ XJ build

Whats up everybody i just got my xj pretty well done so i know this wont be much of a build thread. i was just way to busy workin on this thing to stop and take pictures and post them along the way. but anyways ill show you guys what ive done....

first off hears my story.... got my first cherokee off my boss just before x mas last year and i loved it ever since. i bought it with a 2 inch skyjacker lift on 30x9.5 15insh firestone destination mt's already on it. heres some pics....

the last week in august i found out a guy i work across the street from was gettin rid of his xj because the frame was rotted to hell. he drove it for a few months prior. needless to say i took a look underneath and to my surprise it had a rubicon express long arm kit! had an sye already in the t case and tons of other goodies. he was about to trailer it out to someone 2 hours away the next night so i offered him 800 right then and there (thats all i had to offfer). luckily the guy he was gonna trailer it to was only gonna pay him 900 so he sold it to me to save him the tow. heres a pic of it on the trailer almost ready to go.....good thing i stopped him in time

so i got the jeep and tore it apart this past labor day weekend..... certainly a lot of labor for me that weekend....

now originally i wanted to have the whole thing swapped to my jeep in 3 days....but i found out very quickly thatd b pushin it....thing was a b!tch to get apart. instead of tearin mine down as well i completely stripped his chassis down and worked on partin it out.....sold the roll cage for 450, the motor for 250, front axle for 100, and other random things off it which im happy to say i got my 800 bucks back plus alittle more. (thanks to everyone who bought somethin from me on this forum) bought some 33x12.5x15 km2's with the money!

so now last weekend i ripped my xj apart and began the install. i was workin like a dog for 2 1/2 days but by 3 o clock sunday night i drove her outta the shop and home.....i was beyond spent. good thing my buddy stopped by to help me bleed the brakes. anyways ive typed enough you guys get the idea, heres how it came out.....

.....got some decent articulation out of it now

oh....and to really make you guys jealous (sorry) look what i picked up from some guy who followed me and asked if i needed

.....protofab 4x4 front winch bumper and a winch....and a hi jack!! 175 for everything!!!!!!! plus he gave me a longer drop pitman arm, battery cables and u joints.

well needless to say i made out like a bandit here, it was a ton of work but im so satisfied now that im almost done.....gonna paint the bumper and install it next weekend hopefully so ill show yall that once i do it. thanks everybody hope you enjoyed.

Wow what a lucky find! That lift was meant for your Jeep. It looks great sitting up high on 33's.
