So after many post and winning COTM I have decided to start a build thread. Most of you guys know my jeep. Well there's big plans that just started today. I tore down my 4.0 HO that I got as a freebee. and then there is the ax15 with it.
My jeep as it sits now.
4.0 rennix tired as all hell with 389k on it
Aw4 trans that likes to over heat...
Worn down BFG mts 35s
8.25 open in the rear
D30 that's been long shaft swapped
Ect...
The plans!
4.8 stroker!
5 speed!
Complete wire harness swap from a 92 to get rid of the crap renix system.
There will be many Picts throughout the build but for right now I'll put a as it's sits and a sneaky shot of the motor on the stand.

sounds like this is going to be a great build thread! Be sure to keep us updated! Also- ive heard some mixed reviews on making the i6 into a stroker. Im pretty sure FrankZ wrote about it.

So yesterday I added some new goodies to it to help with the heavy *** bumper..

 

hmmm... all looks so familiar like ive seen it before.
Im gonna go lay under mine with a cooler of brew in a minute...

Long time since an update. So I'll post some crap I've done the last few months.
