Alrighty.......Back to the 'Felony...........
5pm finally arrived, this allowed me to have a beer and think about cutting......
.

.
Realizing I needed to match the front steel tube flares........if I just started cutting, it would be like........

Sooooo, I decided I should fab up the tube section of the flares first.....
.

.

The front section will weld to the tube rocker/slyders, the rear area needed to mimmick the front flares......and be about the same shape as the fronts........
The fronts extend out from the vehical 3.75".......this pic shows them at 3", perfect for the line transfer.....

Line transfer/cut lines.........inorder to duplicate one side to the other for cutting......a template needed to be created...
.

From here, I transfered the shape of the flare to the template, at the aprox. correct height for cutting....
.

.
This template will serve itself well, I can now transfer it to the other side of the vehical for cutting, and it will also serve another purpose, yet to be discussed.......
.

'Til next time.............

.....I'd have more to show, but my sandblaster has the wrong grit in it, it's backed up like a 10 dolla hooker..........also managed to rip something connecting my arm to my sholder late Friday.........I've had to restrict some of my activities......I always knew my left hand was dumb, but really did'nt realize just how dumb until a day or so ago attempting to give the right arm a break...
It can't do anything right........
<<-------THIS ONE......it's disfuctional..........
